Janitorial & Routine Maintenance in Kenosha & Racine
Full-service janitorial means the building is simply looked after, without you having to ask. We agree a rotation with you, daily through to monthly, and work the same list every visit. It also covers the small jobs that fall between trades: trash removal, interior window washing and changing out light bulbs that have gone.

What This Includes
Every job is scoped to your building and your schedule. This is what a janitorial & routine maintenance visit covers.
- Daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly rotations
- Trash removal and liner replacement
- Interior window and glass washing
- Light bulb changing
- Restroom cleaning and restocking
- The same agreed list followed every visit
100% natural products and professional grade chemicals, matched to the job, on commercial contracts and in homes alike. Jessica quotes the work, agrees the cleaning list with you and is the person to call when something needs to change. No call center, no franchise office.
The Jobs That Fall Between Trades
Most buildings have a handful of small tasks nobody owns. They are too minor for a contractor and they never make it onto a cleaning quote, so they sit undone until somebody complains. Jessica picks them up as part of the rotation.
Trash removal
Bins emptied and re-lined throughout, and taken out to your collection point on the days that matter. For offices this is the single task that gets noticed fastest when it slips, which is why it is on the list every visit rather than by request.
Light bulbs
Bulbs that have gone in the areas we clean get changed out as we go, so a dim corridor does not wait on a maintenance call. Anything needing an electrician, at height or wired in, is flagged to you rather than attempted.
Interior glass and windows
Interior windows, partitions and entrance glass washed on the rotation. Exterior and upper floors are a specialist job with its own access equipment, and Jessica will tell you that rather than quote for something she is not set up to do safely.
Rotations run daily through to monthly. Pick the frequency the building genuinely needs, not the one that makes the biggest contract. If your floors are past routine care, they belong under floor stripping and waxing, and a seasonal reset is deep cleaning.
